The Washington Post's First Take On The Rolling Stones

In honor of Mick Jagger’s birthday, the Washington Post is rerunning a 1964 review of a stop on the Stones’ first tour of the states. It’s a bit rough.

How rough?

It begins, “The Rolling Stones were in town yesterday but you didn’t miss anything unless you happen to be 12 years old and a girl.”
